General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between vc999 parts ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you"). This Agreement governs the use of all services provided through the vc999parts.cam website, mobile app, and other related service channels.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
vc999 parts may at any time ask a member to submit identity verification documents (national ID card, passport, or driving licence). Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding how your information is kept confidential.
Account Management and Security
3.1 Password Protection
Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, contact our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
A vc999 parts account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Allowing another person to use your account or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Updating Account Information
If your contact information or payment method changes after registration, please update your account profile as soon as possible. vc999 parts will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.
Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
vc999 parts currently accepts deposits via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposit requests below this amount will not be processed.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification on the account has not been completed.
- Withdrawal requests may remain pending until any active wagering requirements have been met.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be put on hold during the investigation.
4.4 Erroneous Transactions
If an incorrect amount is credited to an account due to a technical error or mistake, vc999 parts reserves the right to reclaim that amount. Using or withdrawing funds received in error is prohibited.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
vc999 parts offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount must be placed. Using the example above, the wagering requirement for a ৳1,000 bonus is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. No withdrawal from the bonus may be made before the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, re-registering under the same identity, or using any other dishonest method will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
5.4 Promotion Changes
vc999 parts reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer without prior notice. For details on current bonus terms, please see our FAQ section.
5.5 VIP Cashback
vc999 parts's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers cashback on weekly net losses — ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply according to each game and bet type. These limits are set based on the guidelines of both the game provider and vc999 parts and are subject to change.
6.2 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet or spin has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Placing a bet for a higher amount than intended is your own responsibility. Please verify all details before confirming a bet.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a network outage, server problem, or other technical reason, the result of that round will generally be determined according to the game server's data. In disputed cases, vc999 parts's decision is final.
6.4 Game Fairness
The vc999 parts platform uses third-party verified games. Games from all providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution are operated using their own RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
6.5 Special Rules for Sports Betting
For bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports, if a match is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules for that sport.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on vc999 parts:
- Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
- Operating games or bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors for unfair advantage.
- Unauthorised access to any information, data, or systems on the platform.
- Using or attempting to hack another member's account details.
- Using collaborative betting or arbitrage methods to exploit bonus benefits.
- Fraudulent behaviour against the platform or other members.
- Reproducing or distributing any platform content without prior permission from vc999 parts.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account in question will be immediately closed, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vc999 parts platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of vc999 parts or the relevant game providers. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-party game content (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, etc.) is subject to their respective copyright and trademark laws. vc999 parts distributes these games solely on the basis of agreements with those providers.
Limitation of Liability
vc999 parts provides the platform on an "as is" basis. vc999 parts's liability for losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or third-party software issues is limited.
vc999 parts is not responsible for financial losses, stress, or other indirect harm arising from a member's gaming activity. Gaming is a risky activity — members place bets at their own discretion and at their own risk.
vc999 parts is not obligated to accept liability for losses in games or bets caused by internet connection problems, power outages, or other external factors.
Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Closure by the Platform
vc999 parts may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice due to rule violations, fraudulent activity, or investigation requirements. Whether or not the reason for closure is disclosed is at vc999 parts's discretion.
10.2 Closure by the Member
If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, all active bets must be settled and any applicable wagering requirements must be met.
10.3 Balance Refund
Where an account is closed at the member's request, the verified balance will be returned. However, the balance of an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited.
Responsible Gaming
